I understand the desire to share your wellness passion while feeling stuck due to fear of being seen. I've been there.

I vividly remember sensing a strong pull to help others, yet the wellness world seemed overwhelming. With a 15-year corporate background in London, stepping into the unknown was daunting, even though my intuition knew it was time for a change.

Perhaps you've invested in certifications and tools, but something holds you back. It's time to confront those fears and build momentum.

I'll never forget organizing my first workshop in Mexico with just 16 participants. That was the turning point. Since then, I've created a business, hosting hundreds of events and retreats across Mexico, Ibiza, the UK, and Latvia, impacting thousands.

I'll share the tools that helped me conquer fear: mindset coaching, IFS and somatic practices. Combined with my Business Degree and experience in building a wellness business, I want to share what I’ve learnt.
